What's in every visit

The same checklist every time, so you know what you're paying for.

Kitchen

Counters, exterior of appliances, sink scrubbed, stovetop degreased, floor mopped, trash out.

Bathrooms

Toilets, tubs, showers, glass, mirrors, fixtures polished, floors done on hands and knees in the corners.

Living areas & bedrooms

Dusted top-down including sills and baseboards, vacuumed, floors mopped, beds made if linens are out.

Add on if you want it

Inside the oven, inside the fridge, interior windows, laundry folded. Priced per item, never assumed.

What we bring

Everything, including our own vacuum. If you'd rather we used your products, leave them out and we will.

Move-in / move-out

Empty-house deep clean for closings and end-of-lease. Quoted per square foot.

The questions people are too polite to ask

Do I have to be home? No. Most of our clients give us a code or a key, which we keep tagged by number rather than address. If you'd rather be there the first time so you can point things out, that's normal too.
What happens if something gets broken? We tell you the same day, before you find it. We're bonded and insured, and the certificate goes to you by email when you book, not when you ask.
Why is a deep clean more? The first visit is where months of buildup comes off: baseboards, grout, the top of the fridge. It genuinely takes about half again as long. After that, maintaining is quicker, and the price drops and stays there.
Is tipping expected? No. Our cleaners are paid a real hourly wage, not a tip-dependent one. People do tip at the holidays and it's kindly received, but nobody is counting.

What clients say

From our Google Business Profile.

★★★★★Same two women every other Thursday for a year and a half. They know where things go now. Coming home on Thursday is the best part of my week.Hannah B., West Asheville
★★★★★Did our move-out clean in Candler and we got the entire deposit back. Landlord actually commented on it.Tomás L., Candler
★★★★★Broke a small dish and told me before I noticed, with a replacement the next visit. That's the whole reason I trust them in the house.Gwen A., Leicester

We're probably not your people if…

You need same-week service and we book two to three weeks out and we don't jump the queue. You want a one-time clean of a hoarding or post-construction site, and that's a different trade and we'd do it badly. Or you want the cheapest number in town: we're mid-market on purpose, because we pay our cleaners properly and that's where the price comes from.

What it looks like when we leave

Floors, kitchen surfaces, and the rooms you actually sit in.

A dust mop being run across a dark hardwood floor
Hard floors, dusted then damp mopped
A gloved hand wiping down a kitchen counter
Kitchen surfaces and cabinet fronts
A bright, freshly cleaned living room
Living spaces reset, not just tidied

Book a clean

Two taps and a phone number. We reply the same working day with your flat price.

What are you after?

No contract, no cancellation fee, and the price we quote is the price on the invoice. If the first clean isn't right, tell us within 24 hours and we come back and redo it free.
